The State of Ohio Unit 2 Association is a bargaining unit comprised of five FOP lodges representing over 500 law enforcement officers across Ohio. We are dedicated to advocating for our members in collective bargaining and protecting their rights in matters relating to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
Our members serve in critical roles across state agencies including mental health, taxation, wildlife enforcement, parks and watercraft, investigative units, and casino control. Together, we work to ensure fair treatment, competitive compensation, and safe working conditions for all our members.
