Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 777 is comprised of twenty-six (26) Gaming Enforcement Agents, Gaming Enforcement Investigators and Enforcement Division Administrators employed by the Ohio Casino Control Commission. Gaming Enforcement Agents and Gaming Enforcement Investigators staff the four (4) casinos located throughout the State of Ohio twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Gaming Enforcement Agents and Gaming Enforcement Investigators are certified peace officers in the State of Ohio and have arrest authority on all casino property as well as outside the casino when enforcing the criminal section of the Casino Control Law. Gaming Enforcement Agents and Gaming Enforcement Investigators duties include protecting life and property, preserving the peace, preventing crime and the enforcement of state and federal laws as well as rules and regulations of the Ohio Casino Control Commission.
